Overview

Let the natural light flood in with our all new AFTB24 Framed Rooflight. The AFTB24 is our ultimate fixed flat roof window option that seamlessly combines functionality with stunning contemporary design, making it an ideal choice for any flat roof skylight project.

The AFTB24 Framed Rooflight was built with thermal efficiency at its core. The powder-coated anthracite grey (RAL 7016) aluminium frame incorporates a thermal break, which helps to prevent heat transfer and reduce condensation.

The triple-glazed Low E glass features two 16mm argon gas filled warm edge spacers, 6mm toughened outer-pane with self-clean coating, 4mm toughened middle-pane and 9.14mm toughened laminated inner-pane for added safety. That brings to the total thickness of the glass unit to an impressive 51.14mm and achieves a U Value of 0.8 W/m²K (centre-pane).

Easy to install, it is designed to be fixed directly onto the builder’s upstand and securely fastened with the provided self-drilling screws, ensuring a hassle-free installation process. The rooflight can be fit onto upstand thicknesses of 50mm – 120mm (see examples below) so it can meet differing project requirements.

We aim to deliver standard sizes within 2-4 working days of purchasing. Please note larger units, such as 1000mm x 3000mm require the appropriate number of bodies on site or machinery to unload from the delivery vehicle.
