Delivery Information
We aim to deliver our stocked rooflights to anywhere within mainland UK within 2-4 working days. Delivery is FREE to Mainland UK.
Bespoke or made-to-order units will have an estimated lead time confirmed at the point of purchase.
We use a dedicated day service, meaning we will aim to deliver your order on your specified day. Once your order is confirmed, our dispatch team will contact you by phone to arrange delivery — please ensure a valid number is provided.
Deliveries are to the kerbside only The delivery driver will not be able to assist you in moving your rooflight into your property due to insurance coverage.
All rooflights will arrive in a timber slatted crate for protection and for ease of moving. We recommend you keep the rooflight in the crate until the later stages of the installation process.
Units over 2000mm wide may need manual or mechanical assistance on site to offload. Please contact us prior to purchasing larger sizes to discuss your offloading options.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We are unable to guarantee specific timeslots.
Local Delivery – London and Home Counties
Most deliveries to London and the Home Counties are handled by our own drivers or a private A to B carrier.
Pallet Deliveries – Rest of Mainland UK
Other areas within Mainland UK are serviced by our long-term pallet courier partner, TPN – The Pallet Network.
Important Notes
While almost all orders arrive on their estimated dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, e.g. during transport. Therefore, we recommend that any installation work is organised once all the goods have been received.
Inspect units on arrival and report any damage at the time of delivery or within 24 hours — we cannot accept claims after the fact.
A failed delivery (e.g. no one available to accept or offload) may incur a re-delivery charge.
