Key Features

  • The EO23 Electric Roof Window has been engineered to combine modern automation with lasting performance. Designed specifically for flat roofs, it delivers light, ventilation, and control in one premium package.

  • Built with efficiency in mind, the thermally broken aluminium frame in anthracite grey (RAL 7016) achieves a centre-pane U-value of 1.3 W/m²K, meaning it helps keep warmth inside during winter and reduces condensation.

  • The glazing specification features a 6mm clear toughened soft-coat outer pane with Smartguard self-cleaning coating, a 16mm argon-filled warm edge spacer, and an 8mm laminated inner pane manufactured to EN 14449:2005. Together, these components deliver excellent insulation, reduced condensation, enhanced safety, and impressive noise reduction.

  • All glass units are CE and UKCA certified to BS EN 12150 standards.

  • Automation is built in as standard. The EO23 comes complete with a concealed chain-driven motor chamber for a clean, minimalist finish, a wireless solar-powered rain sensor for automatic closure in wet weather, and both a wall switch and handheld remote control for everyday operation.

  • Seamlessly integrated into modern smart homes, the EO23 connects to Wi-Fi via the Smart Life app, which allows connections with Alexa and Google Home.

How long does delivery take?

We stock thousands of standard sizes that can be delivered across the UK within 1-4 working days. Bespoke options may vary slightly depending on the customisation.

Do you offer collection?

Yes. We offer same-day collection on all of our standard rooflight models from our Romford dispatch warehouse. While walk-ins are fine, we do always recommend calling ahead to double check the stock status and to ensure so we can have rooflight(s) packaged/ready for your arrival. Our warehouse is open 8:00 – 16:00 every weekday (excluding holidays).

What does the installation pack include?

Every skylight comes with sealant, glazing tape, fixing screws, and detailed instructions to ensure hassle-free installation.

Can I order a custom-sized skylight?

Absolutely! Contact us with your project details and we will quote within 24 hours.
